Cookie Policy
Effective April 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide information to site owners, and improve the user experience. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function, while others help us remember your preferences.
2. How We Use Cookies
Anadelta Travel Agency uses a minimal set of cookies, limited to what is strictly necessary for the platform to operate and to respect your language preference. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or third-party marketing cookies.
Our cookies fall into two categories:
- Essential cookies — required for authentication and security. The platform cannot function without them.
- Functional cookies — remember your preferences (such as language) to improve your experience.
3. Cookies We Use
The following table lists all cookies set by our platform:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| next-auth.session-token | Essential | Stores your authenticated session as a signed JWT. This cookie is httpOnly and cannot be accessed by client-side scripts. In production, prefixed as __Secure-next-auth.session-token. | 8–24 hours |
| next-auth.csrf-token | Essential | Protects against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks during authentication. In production, prefixed as __Secure-next-auth.csrf-token. | Session |
| next-auth.callback-url | Essential | Stores the URL to redirect you to after signing in. In production, prefixed as __Secure-next-auth.callback-url. | Session |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Functional | Remembers your selected language (English or Greek) so the platform displays content in your preferred language on subsequent visits. | 1 year |
4. Third-Party Cookies
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact and inquiry forms to protect against automated bot submissions. When you interact with these forms, Cloudflare may set cookies on your device to verify that you are a real user. These cookies are classified as strictly necessary for security purposes.
For details on Cloudflare's cookie practices, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or social media cookies.
5. Server-Side Storage
In addition to browser cookies, we use server-side caching (via Dragonfly, a Redis-compatible store) to improve performance. This data is stored entirely on our servers and is never placed on your device. It includes:
- User permission lookups (cached for 60 seconds)
- System settings (cached for 5 minutes)
- Airport and region data (cached for 24 hours)
This server-side caching does not involve cookies or any data stored on your browser.
6. How to Manage Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find these options under “Privacy” or “Security” in your browser preferences.
You can choose to:
- View and delete existing cookies
- Block all or certain cookies
- Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is being set
Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the platform. The language preference cookie is optional — without it, the platform will default to English on each visit.
For browser-specific instructions:
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
